How do I place an order on your website?
Ordering is simple! Since we don't use a traditional online cart, just browse our products and click the green "WhatsApp" button on any item. This will open a direct chat with our team with the product details pre-filled, allowing you to confirm availability and finalize your order instantly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa (Buy Goods or Send Money), cash on delivery (within Nairobi), and major credit/debit cards via secure payment links. Our team will share the exact payment details with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Do I need to create an account to buy from you?
No account is needed! We've designed our store to be as frictionless as possible. Simply chat with us on WhatsApp, and we'll handle the rest. Your phone number acts as your order reference.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take within Nairobi?
For addresses within Nairobi Metropolitan area, we offer same-day delivery if you place your order before 11:00 AM. Orders placed later will be delivered the next day.
Do you deliver to upcountry areas in Kenya?
Yes, we ship nationwide using trusted courier services like G4S, Wells Fargo, and Easy Coach. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your items.
Can I pick up my order directly from your shop?
Absolutely! You can pick up your order at our physical store: Shop 12, Beehive Arcade, Nairobi. Just place your order on WhatsApp first so we can have it packed and ready for you.
Products & Quality
Are your beehives treated or sold as raw wood?
Our Langstroth and Kenya Top Bar Hives (KTBH) are sold as raw, locally sourced cypress wood. We intentionally leave them untreated with toxic chemicals to ensure the safety of your bees and honey. We recommend painting the exterior only with weatherproof paint to protect the wood from the elements.
Do you offer warranties on your honey extractors?
Yes, our stainless steel extractors come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers the motor and welding. Please note that damage caused by improper use or dropping is not covered.
Can I get expert advice on which equipment to buy as a beginner?
